We’re launching a new cycle in the heart of Ginza. For our exclusive pilot project with one of the world’s most renowned concept stores, we’re looking for a pioneer to lead the way.
The Setup This is a pilot mission. The position starts with an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to launch the project. Towards the end of this phase, we’ll evaluate the project’s success and our business needs – with the potential to consider a renewal for up to 24 months in total.

Your Mission
- You are the Ambassador of FREITAG at our exclusive retail partner in Ginza: You represent our brand, communicate our story, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales within this high-end environment
- You provide exceptional, service-oriented support to meet all customer needs at this prestigious fashion destination
- You ensure the shop floor is always in its best condition by strictly following our internal Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, maintaining the highest aesthetic standards
- You collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) on inventory control and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels at this unique location
- You monitor and summarize market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback, reporting regularly to the BDM to share key insights from this specific market segment
- You support our other FREITAG stores in Tokyo occasionally whenever help is required, ensuring a strong connection to the local F-Crew
Your backpack includes
- You bring a solid background in retail sales or the hospitality business
- You have mastered various methods of delivering a premium customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction
- You genuinely love making people smile and creating positive interactions with a proactive attitude
- You have an open-minded personality as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a deep affinity for the FREITAG brand and find joy in sharing our philosophy with others
- You are fluent in Japanese and have the ability to communicate effectively in English
