Store Assistant Shanghai 100% (f/d/m)

You, as part of our team, make sure our customer is happy. You will support the store manager in all activities and you also help with ordering and storing our products. Most importantly, thanks to you the FREITAG spirit is passed on to our customers.
Your Mission
- You provide professional service and friendly advice to assist customers to complete their purchases, besides being responsible for a customer-oriented store presentation with F-value
- You achieve the store routine work and stock in the store under the direction of the Store Manager
- You are responsible for the store display in accordance with our visual merchandising guidelines
- You quickly respond to customer demands and independently solve various customer inquiries regarding repairs, registration, etc.
- You are responsible to assist various events/activations within the store and help maintain a positive atmosphere

- You have already gained sales experience or the ability to adapt to new information quickly
- You are able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- You speak fluent Chinese and have good communication skills in English
- You work well in a team and enjoy contact with other people
