You, as part of our team, make sure our customer is happy. You will support the store manager in all activities and you also help with ordering and storing our products. Most importantly, thanks to you the FREITAG spirit is passed on to our customers.

- You are responsible for a customer-oriented store presentation in accordance with our visual merchandising guidelines
ビジュアルマーチャンダイジングのガイドラインに沿って、お客様の目線に立った店舗演出をすることです。 - You place orders and stock in the store under the direction of the Store Manager
ストアマネージャーの指示のもと、発注と在庫管理を行います。 - You conduct advisory and sales discussions in a service-oriented and efficient manner
サービス精神旺盛で、効率的なアドバイスやセールストークを行う - You independently solve various customer enquiries regarding repairs, vouchers, additional articles, etc.
修理、クーポン、追加商品など、お客様からのさまざまな問い合わせを自主的に解決できるようにする
